Cassandra was born and raised in Ohio. She attended Ohio University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She worked as an ICU nurse at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center during the height of the Iraq/Afghan wars, deployed to Iraq for OIF/OEF/OND, and worked at BAMC on the Rapid Response Team and Medical ICU.
